FWURL - Forward URL provides URL shortening services that allow users to:

• Create shortened versions of long URLs
• Track click analytics and statistics
• Use custom domains for branded links
• Manage and organize shortened URLs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities

You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit to the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Store, process, and display your URLs for the purpose of providing the Service
• Generate analytics and statistics based on usage patterns
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FWURL - Forward URL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Service Availability

8. Account Termination and Enforcement

8.1 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately and without prior notice for conduct that we believe:

• Engages in any prohibited activities listed in Section 4

8.2 Consequences of Violation

Upon detection of prohibited activities, we will:

• Immediately disable all shortened links associated with the violation
• Suspend or permanently ban the user account without refund
• Report criminal activities to appropriate law enforcement agencies
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
• Preserve evidence of violations for legal purposes
• Ban associated email addresses, payment methods, and IP addresses

8.3 No Liability for Termination

FWURL - Forward URL shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or access to the Service. Upon termination:

• All shortened links will be immediately disabled
• You will lose access to all data, analytics, and statistics
• No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription periods
• You remain liable for any damages caused by your violations

8.4 User-Initiated Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at legal@fwurl.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention requirements.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FWURL - Forward URL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FWURL - Forward URL and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Pricing and Payment

11.1 Payment Terms

Some features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan in advance, in U.S. Dollars
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for recurring subscriptions
• Pay all applicable taxes, duties, and other governmental charges
• Be responsible for all charges incurred under your account

11.2 Subscription Billing

For subscription-based services:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You will be charged the rate stated at the time of initial purchase on a recurring basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice before your next renewal
• Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations and downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan features until the period ends
• No partial refunds: If you cancel or downgrade mid-cycle, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription

11.3 Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with FWURL. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
• How to Request: Contact us at billing@fwurl.com with your account details and reason for the refund. We typically process refund requests within 5-7 business days.
• One-Time Refunds: The 14-day refund is available once per customer. Subsequent purchases or renewals after a refund will not be eligible for another refund unless required by law.
• No Pro-Rata Refunds: After the 14-day period, no refunds will be provided for early cancellation, downgrades, or non-use of the Service. You may cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Account Violations: No refunds will be issued if your account is terminated for violating these Terms of Service, including but not limited to prohibited content or abuse of the Service.
• Payment Processor Terms: All transactions are processed through Paddle. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

11.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
